Understanding Inflammation: Its Causes, Effects, and Management Strategies

Standing up straight with feet slightly apart, place your hands on your lower back with fingertips pointing down. As you inhale, roll your shoulders back, gently lifting your chest towards the ceiling while arching your back to a comfortable degree, gazing upwards.
